Terms and Conditions

Our Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Barnes of Barrowford Ltd. The Tool Warehouse of Hodge Bank Business Park, Reedyford Road, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 8TF ("we" and "us") to the customer ("you") and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Price and Payment

The price you pay for the goods is as set out on our website at the time of placing your order, plus any extra charges such as delivery as set out in the checkout process.

Occasionally an error may occur within our website and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any extra charges for delivery, before your order can be processed (not applicable if you are an account customer then your normal payment terms apply).

Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. We will not be liable to pay you any money by the way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

All the goods are intended for use in the U.K. and make no warranties that they can be used outside the U.K.

We recommend that all documentation and instructions are read prior to use of goods. We will not accept any liabilty for injury or loss through misuse of any product bought from us.
