Returns Policy

You may cancel your order with us within 30 days of the date of delivery to you. Please state the reason for cancellation at this time.

On cancellation, you must return the goods at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of the goods. We recommend that you use a courier service or a 'signed for' service such as recorded delivery when returning items to us, as we will not accept liability for items lost in transit. Please also ensure that the goods have necessary cover as we will not accept goods for a refund that have been damaged in transit.

For cancellations that are due to faulty item(s), incorrect item(s) or an unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return.
